We understand the special role your pet plays in your family and the trust you place in our medical team to care for you pet. We are dedicated to being your pet healthcare partner and have contracted with Webster Vetsource, a Vet-VIPP accredited pharmacy,  to provide you with an authorized, licensed, and secure way to order your pet's prescriptions online for Home Delivery.  
Many clients have commented they have seen eye-catching advertising that claims to lower pet presciption costs, only to find out that the claims are not always true or that the product is not always what was advertised. Unfortunately there is alot of confusion and misleading information on the web about online pet pharmacies. Why are not all of the products that Harmony Veterinary Center recommends for my pet in the online pharmacy?


At Harmony Veterinary Center we practice integrated veterinary medicine. Unfortunately only  traditional pharmaceutical items from the major manufacturers are available for online purchasing at this time. Please call us at (303)-432-8551 and we will be happy to prepare for pick up at our Hospital any of your complementary medical prescriptions or other traditional medicine prescriptions not sold through this service.

Yes! We love seeing you and will continue to stock a full traditional and complementary veterinary pharmacy. Just give us a call at (303)-432-8551 MWF 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Tues/Thurs. 8:00 am - 7:00pm or Saturdays 8:00 am - Noon.


What is the Webster Vetsource Remind Me program?


This is a convenient way to remember to give or reorder your pets medication. You will recieve emails reminding you about prescription refill dates, expiration dates and when to give your pet his or her medication. This is great for  monthly medications or to help you remember to reorder before running out of those long term medications.


How do I pay for my orders placed through the online pharmacy?


A secure shopping cart is set up to take your credit card and shipping information when you are ready to make your purchase.


What is the return policy?

Who reviews a prescription before it is shipped?


Your veterinarian prescribes a medication, food, or suplement for your pet. Our veterinary technicians review and fill the prescription request forms. Our your veterinarian then reviews the prescription once again and authorizes the Webster Vetsource veterinary pharmacist to fill and ship your pet's medication. The Webster Vetsource veterinary pharmacists also have quality control checks to assure your pet's medication is properly prescribed and filled before it is shipped to you.


Where are products shipped from?


Prescripton medication is shipped from Portland, Oregon.

Food items are shipped from Garland, Texas.


How long will it take for delivery?


Please allow 5-9 days for regular ground delivery. If you need it sooner there are other options that can have it to your door next day.


Why can't I refill my prescription?


In order to use our online pharmacy you must first have a doctor patient relationship with Harmony Veterinary Center and your pet must be prescribed the medication. If you do have a doctor patient relationship established the online pharmacy will not allow you to order the product. Other reasons may be that the product is not offered online at this time, the number of prescription refills has expired, or you need to establish a user account for the online pharmancy.
